Just had to let you know that BMW was astounded at the results. At first, they didn't think their accessories could be sold so effectively this way, nor could they believe that the category increase in sales was in the range of 20 to 35%
(Their response rate was fantastic!).

Also, their walk-in traffic at the dealers."mysteriously" increased during the catalog life (October - December) from 40 to 70%, with walk-ins wanting to buy sweaters, watches, etc., 'as seen in the catalog.'

The dealers are now complaining because they're back-ordered a couple of months. The catalogs worked spectacularly. My thanks to you and I look forward to working together again.
